Social Media/ Online Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as an Online Sales Representative. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in retail pharmacy, be social media savvy, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Yoruba.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell health and beauty products online through social media and other digital platforms.
• Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide expert advice on product usage and benefits.
• Create and manage content to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
• Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery.

Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist with at least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and beauty products.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Yoruba (both written and spoken).
• Experience using social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Sales-driven mindset with great customer service skills.
