Job Description

Dispense medications and provide Pharmaceutical care to patients.

LOCATION
Apata, Ibadan, Oyo state.

Schedule

Morning- 7.30- 3.30am

Afternoon -1.30pm – 9pm

Alternate weekend duty

Pharmacy Technician Roles  

1. The pharmacy technician plays a pivotal role in the inventory management process- helps to reconcile the quantity and check expiry dates from the point of supply from the warehouse.

2. Assist the pharmacists by labeling drugs and communication of clearly written instructions to patients.

3. Management of minor ailments and referring patients to the Pharmacist.

4. Dispensing of drugs upon customer medication refill.

5. Pharmacy technicians are responsible for ensuring the proper storage of all medications and performing regular checks to make sure storage requirements are maintained

6. Assists in point of care services such as PCV, blood glucose test, blood pressure CHECKS
