Job Description
• Responsible for registering the company premises and carries out regulation as contained in the chapter 152 of the pharmacy law.
• Responsible for the authorization of sales, and delivery of finished goods.
• Check delivery notes and invoices raised by sales representatives against the customer and goods sold for the authorization.
• Implement and maintain proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products to ensure quality and efficacy.
• Oversee inventory control to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor storage conditions, including temperature and humidity control, to maintain product integrity.
• Totally responsible for all matters that relates to DPHL company and ensuring/monitoring continuous improvement of Sales Activities.
• Responsible for the authorization of sales, relating and delivery of finished goods.
