Clinical Responsibilities:
1. *Dispensing medications*: Accurately dispense medications, provide patient counseling, and ensure compliance with medication therapy.
2. *Patient care*: Provide high-quality patient care, including responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
3. *Clinical services*: Offer clinical services such as medication reviews, vaccinations, and health screenings.
Operational Responsibilities:
1. *Daily sales and reconciliation*: Close daily sales, balance daily sales, and account for cash and POS transactions.
2. *Inventory management*: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels.
3. *Staff supervision*: Supervise and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and sales assistants.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. *Compliance and regulatory*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
2. *Financial management*: Manage pharmacy finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
3. *Quality assurance*: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality patient care.
