Full-Time Pharmacist

Job Description

– Provide pharmaceutical care in line with proper ethics and regulations.
– Provide excellent customer service through tailored health advice and quick resolution of issues
– Direct customer engagement services through outreaches, texts, and calls
– Monitor and recommend inventory to ensure customers’ expectations are met through close monitoring of stock levels, recording out-of-stock, and recommending brands to list on shelf
– Ordering and procurement of small items and FMCGs
– Managing other members of the company’s team
– Respond to company’s WhatsApp messages
– Sort and respond to orders and/or enquiries on e-channel platform
– Ensure all staff adhere to the values and follow all processes
– Document customers’ records according to the agreed profile
– Duly resolve all conflicts and escalate appropriately
– Ensure all records are maintained and kept properly
– Provide reports as may be required
– Perform other duties as may be delegated
